I am happy you have looked through my painting examples online (or at an art fair), and have decided to seek a commissioned painting from me.

A free consultation will give you the size, elements to be included in your painting, deadline and price.

Once you decide to continue, an agreement in the form of an invoice will be emailed to you, listing all the elements we discussed, so each side has clear expectations, before I start on your painting.

A deposit of half the total price is required before I begin your painting. This confirms you have read and agree with both the invoice and this Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.

A photo of the painting will be emailed to you as a proof. A painting has some degree of interpretation by the artist and I am willing to work with you to allow for up to two rounds of final adjustments. If, after two rounds, you remain unsatisfied, additional charges will apply for further work.

A UPS Tracking Number will be provided when the painting is dry enough to mail and final payment has been received.

Copyright for the final painting image is the property of Paintings By Julie Stevens, LLC and will be posted on its social media.

Emails given to Paintings By Julie Stevens, LLC are confidential and used to reveal paintings from event  drawings and artist updates in a quarterly newsletter, with an option to opt out.
